Yields: 8 servings
INGREDIENTS
2 lbs boneless pork roast (trim fat)
1 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 teaspoon hot sauce
DIRECTIONS
1. Add all ingredients to slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours
2. Shred pork with a fork or two and stir for meat to absorb the sauce
OPTIONS
1. Meat substitutes: bone-in pork butt, chicken breasts, chicken thighs
2. Serve on bread with or without toppings (pickles, lettuce, coleslaw)
3. Serve over rice
