Yields: 4 servings
INGREDIENTS
1 (16 oz) pack spaghetti
1 cup ketchup
1 cup butter (salted)
DIRECTIONS
1. Boil spaghetti per packaging directions, about 20 mins; until soft
2. Mix butter and ketchup in bowl; microwave until melted, then stir
3. Pour over spaghetti
OPTIONAL
1. Use Heinz ketchup; winner of taste test (Organic Heinz #1, Heinz #2)
2. Sprinkle with Parmesan
3. Serve with garlic bread and/or side salad
4. Slice butter into pieces to help melting process
5. Replace butter with margarine
6. For more controlled consistency, gradually add spaghetti to sauce
